Začala postupne priberať, až dosiahla požadovanú váhu a svoje telo začala postupne spevňovať, aby bolo schopné robiť to, čo robia iní zdraví ľudia. Počas procesu naberania váhy a cvičenia začala s bojom proti falošnej dokonalosti.

A my jej za túto osvetu dávame palec hore!

Booty pop I was scrolling through my old photos and came across these photos where I was trying to take one of those sandy bum pics I posted the right one back in January, but the left is the reality behind that photo I still sometimes get a slight pang of sadness and jealousy when I see all the big beautiful bums on instagram and wish I could magically have what they have. Because sometimes I feel like all my booty gains are gone when I take photos where it looks smaller, but then I remember that I shouldn't compare my body to theirs. I have a great booty and so do they! It's all about posing/angles and nobody looks like that all the time. There's nothing wrong with posting a good photo of your booty, you should post it if you feel like it! Just remember that when you're scrolling through social media and see all the posed bums that you too have a great bum and that nobody looks like that 24/7 It seems like big butts are the thing that so many people want currently. But remember that you don't need a big booty to be beautiful. All butts are good butts All of our bodies are different and you don't need a specific body type to fit into what society defines as beautiful!! It's stressful and so messed up that body parts and types are going in and out of style- before it was being really thin, now it's having a big booty. That shouldn't be a thing. It causes so much stress and self hate to people who do not have these things. I know it's hard but instead of trying to obtain these things, love how you look now. Not how you'll look if you loose X amount of weight or get a bigger booty. Because trust me when you get to those things you'll just want something more. Be comfortable in your own skin no matter what angle, posed or unposed, and you'll radiate beauty! #bopowarrior #bootypop #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bootyfordays #bootybuilding #instagramvsreallife #beforeafter #selfconfidence #youareyou #dontchange #acceptyourself #bodypositive #lawofattraction #everyoneisbeautiful #selflove #bepresent #findyourself #dontcare #cellulite #effyourbeautystandards

Beauty This idea of beauty we have currently Is so odd. Who decides what's beautiful? It's not some checklist that you go through and suddenly can qualify for. Should one have flawless skin, a lean body and groomed body hair to be considered beautiful? No. Because that idea of beauty is non existent. Nobody in reality has that 24/7. Beauty is not some elite group that only some people can join. I currently don't shave my leg or armpit hair because it's cold where I live, my skin is breaking out and I do not, nor ever will have a lean tummy with 0 skin folding or minimal amounts of fat. That's the reality. Yet some people constantly still judge each other and hate on each other for having these things. I see so much hate nowadays on social media and it makes me so upset. Please don't be one of those people that tears others down. What's the point. What do you gain from it? Does it make you feel better when you comment these things on people's posts? Do you ever think why? I'm sure everyone has something they're insecure about. So let's just make the world a slightly better place and STOP SENDING HATE COMMENTS because it's really not necessary to be rude. We all have our own problems to deal with and you never know what someone's going through, please consider that before you say things that could hurt someone. Also think about that when you say hurtful things to yourself. There's no point in being rude towards yourself. Learn to love yourself because you are an amazing person and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. As long as you're doing your best, you're doing an amazing job. #bopowarrior #bodypositivity #bodyimage #lovemybody #bodyhair #beyourownkindofbeautiful #armpithair #beconfident #hairyarmpit #selfloveisthebestlove #embraceyourself #selfesteem #beautystandards #tummy #hairy #loveyourself #ilovemybody #bikinibody #lawofattraction #personalgrowth #growthmindset #helpothers #bethechange

Clothing sizeI noticed that I have so many different sized clothing and we give clothing size so much importance lately and it's weird. Clothing sizes have the ability to make us feel bad about ourselves when we've gone up a size and feel good when we've gone down a size. Why is this a thing before I used to always wear a European (EU/EUR) size 34 and once I started putting on weight and started strength training I've gone up to a EU pants size 38. I remember the first time I had to buy a size 38, I felt so upset. I let that size define me and thought that going up a size made me less attractive But I've realised that it actually doesn't matter at all. I shouldn't let these things upset me and I should wear clothing that fits me and makes me feel comfortable. There's no point squeezing and not being able to breathe in a smaller size just to say I wear that size. I've noticed that different materials on clothing will fit differently regardless of size, as you can see in this picture. Don't let clothing sizes dictate how you feel because they do not define you in any type of way!!! We all have different body shapes, so wear whatever you want that makes you feel comfortable and happy! Ignore all the things in media that say drop X amount of dress sizes in X amount of weeks, because they're silly. Just because someone wears a smaller size than you doesn't make them a better person or a more beautiful person. Clothing size doesn't define you. You are beautiful no matter what size you wear! #sizes #wearwhatyoulike #wearwhatyoulove #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bodypositive #selfworth #youareworthy #youareenough #youarebeautiful #youarenotalone #bodylove #bodylove4all #allbodiesarebeautiful #bodyacceptance #effyourbeautystandards #clothingsize #effyourbodystandards #nobodyshame #selflove #loveyourbody #gratitude #lawofattraction #loa #selfawareness #personalgrowth

Thank you I flew to South Africa yesterday and when I landed I saw that I have 100k followers firstly I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you for allowing me to have this platform to spread the body positive and self love message. Thank you for constantly supporting me, which in turn has also allowed me to grow as a person. You guys are the best and I appreciate all your comments and messages so much I just felt like making a little story time post about my instagram journey so far (swipe to see) So this has always been my only instagram, I began posting on here in 2014 with photos of my personal life when I used to have crazy colored hair and would post photos of random things (2014). Then around 2015 I posted my first progress photo after I started doing BBG workouts and decided to keep posting fitness related photos of my progress until late 2016. I don't think there is anything wrong with posting your progress or having a fitness instagram btw, you should share and show off your hard work! But for me it became less and less of a hobby to post these types of photos and felt like I wasn't telling the truth by posting these photos all the time because that wasn't what I looked like 24/7, so I decided to use this platform to post body positive and self love photos and that's what's brought me to where I am now. I never imagined that I would be posting my biggest insecurities online but thats how life needed up working out and I love it so much because I love hearing how much it helps people when I share these posts! I hope you guys liked that little story time I'm so excited to see what the future brings! Thank you for reading and I hope you all have a lovely weekend!! #enjoythejourney #thankyou #100k #bopo #selflove #positivelife #lawofattraction #fitnessjourney #allbodiesaregoodbodies #youareamazing #bebrave #trustyourself #bodypositivity #staytruetoyourself #behumble #nonegativity #pasttopresent #loveyourlife #dowhatmakesyouhappy #liveyourbestlife #createyourownhappiness #choosehapiness #attitudeofgratitude #liveinthemoment #findyourself #embracelife

Bikini body I'm sure we've all had that feeling where you're feeling cute at the beach but then you sit down and all of a sudden feel insecure and don't know how to sit without your tummy feeling oddly too exposed. The other day I went to the beach and would have slight moments where I felt like people were looking at my tummy and these feelings of insecurity where I wanted to hide my tummy because "it didn't look good" sitting down. But I realised that I was being silly and ruining my time at the beach and not enjoying it fully just because of this small silly thing. You really shouldn't feel that way! Everyone looks like this when they sit down! Nobody is judging you and even if someone was then that's a reflection of their inner insecurities, not yours. You are not fat. We all have fat, especially on our tummies and it's completely normal. And that fat does not make you worth any less as a person! Nobody has abs or a flat tummy 24/7 when they sit down. Don't let this idea ruin your time because it's completely normal! If you want to wear a bikini, then wear it cause life's too short not to wear what you want!! You look amazing so wear it with confidence and you'll radiate beauty! #bikinibody #bodypositive #lawofattraction #beachtime #insecurities #bodyposi #fitnessmotivation #positiveenergy #manifest #bodyfat #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bodyacceptance #selflove #bopowarrior #allbodiesarebeautiful #fitnessjourney #weightlossjourney #bopo #vegansofig #veganfitness #bbg #positivethinking #positivelife #positivemind #loveyourself #youareenough #youmatter

Progress photo talk I was taking progress pictures initially, but I took many different photos and ended up wanting to do one of these flexed/posing vs chilling posts (I know they're done to death but I don't care cause I love doing them . But anyway, when I started working out I kept thinking to myself "I can't wait till I'm on week 100, I'll look so good by then and my progress pictures will be DA BOMB". But I'm on week 96 now and weirdly felt like I don't have that much difference between now and week 1 (when my body is relaxed), cause I saw other people doing relaxed poses and had massive differences. But then I realised that I actually don't care because I shouldn't feel the need to post a photo to get validation on how hard I've worked, it's this weird mindset I got from having a fitness account and getting comments on photos, where people would judge my progress. I got weirdly obsessed with wanting to please everyone and have no one say anything negative. But it doesn't matter how long you've worked out for, or how much muscle you've gained or fat you've lost. It isn't some competition of who can do the most, the quickest. It's about YOU being healthy and happy! So next time you find yourself comparing yourself to anyone's photos, seeing how long they've worked out or how they look compared to you, STOP. You should be so proud of yourself for being you! We all have different lives and bodies, life isn't always linear, sometimes we need to navigate through things first, everyone's journey is unique! Also, as you can see, poses change how you look!!! instagram isn't reality, It's a snap of a second into someone's life. It's just one photo, please don't let that ruin your confidence cause you are absolutely remarkable and there's no point in wanting to be or look like someone else ☺️ love who you are, it's a lot easier than trying to please everyone #beforeandafter #transformationtuesday #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #bootybuilding #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #bikinibody #weightlossjourney #beyou #confidence #selflove #embraceyourself #manifest

Instagram vs reality Just wanted to post a silly photo today because that's just the mood I'm in currently Before I'd never think about posting the photo on the right, but it's what I'm like 90% of the time, somewhere in a corner making weird faces and poses I usually get my boyfriend to take tons of photos of me for instagram and always have really odd silly ones that I end up ignoring and not posting Also I would've been really insecure about my armpit hair showing and my body not looking 'perfect', but I shouldn't care, it's how I naturally look! I am both of these people and neither is better than the other, just different forms of me. Nobody should be labeled as a Slut or hoe for posting photos similar to the left one, nor should they be labeled as gross for posting photos similar to the right. We're all just people doing our own thing, sometimes we wanna post photos where we feel great about ourselves, but don't forget about the silly "bad" looking ones too cause there isn't anything wrong with them!! They're a part of who you are and you should love it! Hope you all have an absolutely lovely Friday and an amazing start to the weekend! #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #beforeandafter #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #natural #bodyhair #armpithair #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #bloating #bikinibody #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #loa #fitnessmotivation #honesty #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #manifest #flaws

Morning abs vs reality I was feeling leaner than usual this morning so I decided to take some selfies! So this is what my body looks like on an empty stomach, posing vs not posing, I usually take my photos after eating so I thought I'd switch it up a bit Believe it or not, I'm so happy with how I look on the right! Also on the left though, I'm amazed at how my body can look like that with a strenuous amount of posing and good lighting! Please ignore my resting bitch face in the left photo, it's actually so hard to hold this pose (bending while sucking in like crazy and flexing) and smiling at the same time But what I wanted to say about this is that I know I don't actually have as curvy of a body as I appear to have on the left, I used to feel bad about this and it was one of my biggest insecurities. But once I started accepting my insecurities and started loving them, that's when I truly felt like I loved my body fully! It's strange that I can finally say that I feel good about both photos, I love myself and my body, I've worked hard to get to where I am today, remember that you can too! You should be proud of your body and who you are because you're a beautiful human being!! It's okay to take fierce photos where you look amazing af but remember to appreciate photos where you don't look your best and start loving your insecurities and your body from all its angles! There's no use in comparing your body to others and wishing your body was different, because once you change what you don't like, you'll find something else to pick apart and it'll just make you feel horrible! You only have one life and one body so you might as well start loving it for the amazing body and lovely person attached to it I hope you have a lovely and positive day

Instagram vs reality Before I started being body positive on Instagram I would've posted the photo on the left (sucking in my tummy as much as possible) and said something along the lines of "gained a bit of fat this week" when in reality, what I look like relaxed currently is like the photo on the right. I wanted to post this to once again show that we shouldn't compare our bodies to the ones we see on Instagram because it's not always an accurate representation. I've had a really rough week emotionally, usually I try my best not to spiral down into the hole of negativity but this week it was really hard not to. I wanted to cut out junk/processed food during week days to lose some extra fat on my body, not that it really bothers me but the negative mindset made me think I looked gross and needed to immediately. I was being really hard on myself while doing this- every time I ate anything processed when I didn't have any prepped healthy meals at my house, I would instantly feel guilty and feel like a failure. I'm new to this whole food prepping thing so it's gonna take a bit of trial and error in terms of fitting in time to prep the food. But what I'm trying to say is that you really shouldn't be too hard on yourself. Everyone goes through their fitness journeys in different ways, what works for someone else may not work for you, everyone has their ups and downs because it is a journey after all! So don't beat yourself up if you have "slip ups"! Everyone looks different and it's completely okay and normal to have fat on your body! Just don't get too caught up on the negative thoughts or comparing your everyday body to someone's posed body, remember that you are beautiful no matter what. I hope you all have a lovely and positive Saturday!
